Family Support Line is pleased announce the new position for the Delaware County Children’s Advocacy Program – Administrative Service Coordinator.
The Administrative Service Assistant will serve as the receptionist for Family Support Line and provide clerical support to the new Delaware County Children’s Advocacy Center (DCCAC) program.
Under the direct supervision of the Children’s Advocacy Center Program Director this position involves moderately complex methods and multi-task management. Duties include answering the telephone and directing calls, client reception and monitoring, database entry, clerical tasks, appointment scheduling and communicates with partner organizations. Ability to interact with visitors in a tactful, courteous and pleasant manner. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with a wide range of professionals including law enforcement, social services, medical and mental health providers.
